Whether a scheme is managed by a Local Authority, Housing Association or private company we have flexible options to ensure that highest standard of support and care delivery.
Option 1 – Agency Care Provision
This option offers the flexible provision of staff, either on an ad-hoc or regular basis. This option includes:
- Fully trained, CRB checked, dedicated care and support staff
- Supervisory staff when required
- Regular service monitoring and reviews
- Dedicated office contact
- Competitive fees
Option 2 – Fully Managed Service
This service option has been developed and implemented with Extra Care Housing scheme managers and offers a full, cost-effective service to schemes where a higher volume of delivery hours are required. It accommodates growth and change within the service and facilitates longer-term outcome targets. The service operates in the following way:
- Central Management Fee charged monthly
- All staff provided at cost (wages, employers NI, holiday pay)
- Dedicated team of care staff to ensure continuity and rapport building with service-users
- On-site Manager and/or Supervisors where required
- Clinical support from Care Managers (care assessments, risk assessments, care plan development, liaison with medical professionals, Social Services etc)
- Additional services such as Activity Coordination, housekeeping, advisors on pensions and benefits etc.
- All PPE provided
- On-site training
- Regular Quality Assurance monitoring and reviews
- Full management support and monthly reporting
- Dedicated office contact
