Reablement or Enablement is a specialised service designed to help people recover skills and confidence to live independently at home after a spell in hospital or episode of ill-health, or to prevent the need for time in hospital or a home.

It can take the form of either an intensive or more gradual package of care, which is entirely personalised and adaptable.  Reablement and enablement services are always person-centred, ensuring that the specific needs of the individual are met.

Whether 24-hour waking care is required, or a structured short-medium term programme of daily care, we can provide specially trained staff to help regain independence and agreed outcomes in a suitable timescale.
