Founded in 2008 by Dan Burner on the philosophy of delivering the highest possible standard of care and support through a service that is always willing to “go the extra mile”.

Since then the company has gone from strength-to-strength based on our reputation for providing a personal, professional service where the individual and their needs always come first. At the heart of every service is personalisation and recognising the needs of the individual. We always sensitively consider the individual’s culture, religious beliefs, social history, professional background, hobbies and all other aspects of a client’s life. We take great time and care to thoroughly assess what a client needs and wants and not just the bare minimum.

This may involve anything from what time somebody wants to get up in the morning and their favourite breakfast, to enrolling and assisting them on a course or taking them to see their favourite football team! Personalisation is also achieved through the flexibility and adaptability of our services which we can evolve and amend to meet the changing needs of the individual.

We also take our role within the communities in which we work very seriously and develop and maintain relationships with local charities, community groups and projects, small businesses and suppliers and educational institutions.
